Pet Allowed Guidelines

Our hotel provides a comfortable space for you and your furry companions to enjoy a relaxing vacation together. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow the guidelines below. Any damage to furniture or bedding will be charged at cost. Pets not registered in advance may result in denied check-in.

【In the Guest Room】
❶ Cleaning Fee: NT$600 per pet per night; NT$800 per night during long weekends and Lunar New Year. Maximum of 2 pets.
❷ Pet Size Requirement: Only small dogs and cats (approximately 8±2 kg, such as Poodles, Chihuahuas, Dachshunds, etc.) are allowed. Medium and large dogs are not permitted (except for guide dogs).
❸ Accommodation Rules:  

• Pets are not allowed on beds and may not use in-room cups, towels, or blankets.
• Owners must clean up after their pets. Any damages caused will be charged at cost.  
• Pets may not be left alone in the room.  
• Pets are only allowed in specific pet-friendly rooms: one Seaview Quad Room (3A) and two Mountain View Triple Rooms (3G, 2G). Other rooms do not allow pets.

❹ Health & Behavior Requirements:  
• Pets must be bathed, regularly treated for fleas, vaccinated against rabies, and neutered/spayed before check-in.  
• We cannot accommodate pets that are overly anxious, excessively noisy, or aggressive. If a pet disrupts other guests, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without a refund.

【In Public Areas】
❶ Pets must be transported in a carrier or stroller with the zipper fully closed when entering or moving around the hotel. If a pet disturbs other guests during meals, please relocate to the outdoor seating area.
❷ Pets may not step on tables or chairs and may not share tableware with guests.
❸ If a pet is not trained to relieve itself in designated areas, a diaper or belly band must be used.
❹ Our hotel is located in Nanzhuhu Tribe, where free-roaming dogs may be present outdoors. For safety, please keep your pet on a leash when on the grass or outside the hotel.
